History

The Castle Brewery is a project concieved by Matthew Cork and Daniel May to develop a few beer receipes that were tasty. The name was chosen to remember the name of the house they lived in.

Current Plan

Matt's Plan

• Travel the world to experience various kinds of beer and seeing different styles.
• Attend different Beer events around the world i.e craft beers in USA, Oktoberfest in Germany, English Local Brewery
• Produce low volume homebrew batches to learn the brewing art and experiment with different techniques.
• Investigate current technology and techniques used in modern brewing.
• Experience the cross over skills between beer and other drinks (cider, wine, mead, spirits)
